Carol Henderson Burkeen, Clerk Treasurer for the Village of Highland Hills, suffer a massive heart attack on Sunday, November 29, 2009. She was rushed to the Cleveland Clinic where she expired on Wednesday, December 2nd. Our condolences go to her family, friends and co-workers at the Village of Highland Hills.
