May's Bright Star - Phyllis Tabbs, DON, Beachwood Pointe

Phyllis Tabbs recently stepped into the role of Interim Director of Nursing at Beachwood Pointe and is known for her leadership, initiative and guidance.

She is passionate about her employees as well as her residents who look to her for direction. She believes education is essential to everyone’s physical and mental wellbeing and has set a new direction for the facility and a more enjoyable place to live and work.

Phyllis was nominated by Renee Malloy, Director of Marketing at Beachwood Pointe.
